Akron, Ohio: Tensions Growing Between Blacks and Police 

Members of the Akron City Council have complained that there's a growing divide between the city's police department and the African-American community. Blacks feel that police stop them more often than their white counterparts, the council members say, and those same leaders have called for something to be done before the criticism escalates. THESE ARE YOUNG ADULTS, IN MY EYES CHILDREN, I KNOW BOTH THE DRIVER AND VICTIM VERY WELL. IT WAS AN OUTRIGHT KILLING BY AKRON POLICE DEPARTMENT WHITE OFFICERS WHO ARE HIDDING KLU KLUX KLAN SHEETS IN THERE LOCKERS! STOP THE DISGUISE THAT YOU ARE WEARING AN LAW ENFORCEMENT BADGE WITH, THESE WHITE OFFICERS ARE OUT TO SIMPLY KILL, CONVICT, INCARCERATE YOUNG BLACK MEN. MANY OF THESE WHITE OFFICERS ARE USING STERIODS THEY ARE THE ONES ON DRUGS. THEY CLAIM THE YOUNG MAN WAS REACHING FOR A GUN, THE YOUNG MAN WAS NOT, HE WAS GESTURING TO GET HIS DRIVERS LICENSE WHEN THEY STARTING SHOOTING HIM, THE EYE WITNESS LIVED TO TELL THE TRUTH, THE EYE WITNESS PASSENGER IS ONLY 15 YEARS OLD, HE WAS DETAINED BY AKRON POLICE WITHOUT MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR 5 HOURS. I BELIEVE HIS LIFE IS IN DANGER HE IS CHANCE BAKER 15 YEARS OLD. THIS AKRON, POLICE DEPARTMENT IS SCANDELOUS ! WE NEED JESSIE JACKSON AND AL SHARPTON AND LOUIS FARAKHAN NOW.
